Deli & Smoothie Bar Attendant - Corporate Dining | Location: Midvale, UT 84047

Compensation: $18 per hour| Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am - 3pm; Friday, 6:30am - 12pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Deli & Smoothie Bar Attendant to support daily deli, smoothie bar, and front-of-house operations. You will prepare fresh smoothies and Grab & Go items, keep service areas stocked and organized, and provide friendly, attentive service during busy meal periods. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with fresh food, helping guests, and jumping in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Prepare smoothies according to established recipes, quality standards, and service expectations.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the smoothie bar and deli station for daily service.
• Prepare deli ingredients and fresh Grab & Go items while following portioning and presentation standards.
• Provide friendly front-of-house service and assist the grill, deli, market, salad bar, and other stations during busy periods.
• Monitor product levels and restock beverages, condiments, utensils, plates, and other service essentials.
• Follow proper food handling, labeling, dating, rotation, and storage procedures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, service areas, dishes, and utensils.
• Complete end-of-shift breakdown, restocking, and cleanup while supporting the team wherever needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily dining operations.

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to support multiple service areas.
• Strong organization and attention to cleanliness, food quality, and presentation.
• A friendly, service-focused attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to balance food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices, or the willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established service standards.
• ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain, if required).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Physical and Sensory Requirements

This position works in a fast-paced food service environment with regular exposure to commercial kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, moderate noise, heat, steam, and temperature fluctuations. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods and frequently bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and moving between preparation and service areas. It also involves safely handling food, supplies, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
