This model provides increased support for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders that have had unsuccessful previous treatment. Staff take a personalized approach to meet each patients needs and help them develop a treatment plan so they can thrive in the community. Our goal is to stabilize and support patients as they move forward in their recovery./ppConexiones is a 32-bed inpatient facility located on the campus of Tewksbury Hospital. Our care plans integrate the CSS and ATS-Detox services tailored to individual needs./ppWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver / Intake Specialist to support our Integrated Treatment Services (ITS) program. This role combines safe client transportation with front-line intake support, helping to triage individuals seeking entry into services. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients are safely transported, welcomed, and connected to care./ppTransportation Vehicle Responsibilities/pulliConduct daily vehicle inspections at the start of each shift/liliEnsure assigned vehicle is clean and well-maintained and report any repair needs/liliDrive program vehicle safely while adhering to all state and local traffic laws/liliUse GPS to plan safe and efficient routes to meet timelines/liliTransport clients to appointments, program locations, and other destinations/liliComplete pickups and deliveries, including medications, documents, and supplies/liliAssist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring safety and dignity/liliMaintain communication with program staff regarding transport updates using a hands-free device/liliPerform routine and preventative vehicle maintenance, including detailing/liliComplete inventory reports for transported goods and supplies/liliManage company gas credit card and submit receipts weekly/li/ulpIntake Client Support Responsibilities/pulliAssist with triaging individuals seeking entry into ITS services/liliSupport intake processes and ensure a welcoming, respectful experience for clients/liliProperly conduct and administer drug screenings upon client return to the program, as needed/liliSafely handle and transport medications in accordance with program protocols/liliMaintain accurate documentation related to transportation and intake activities/li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliUse program-issued cell phone for calls, texts, and email communication/liliWork occasional limited overtime, as needed/liliPerform other related duties as assigned/li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED required/liliValid Massachusetts Drivers License with a strong record of safe driving/liliAbility to demonstrate compassion and professionalism when working with individuals in recovery/liliCommitment to working in a multicultural environment with a strong customer service orientation/liliComfortable using mobile technology (calls, text, email, GPS)/liliSpanish Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply/li/ulpSchedule/ppFull-time: Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm/ppWhat we offer:/ppCasa Esperanza Benefits Package:/pulliCompensation: $21.00 per hour/lili401(k) Retirement Plan: All eligible employees may elect to participate after 1 year of service.
