Givens Communities is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across the organization. Based out of our Charlotte campus, Givens Aldersgate , this position will assist with the recruitment activities and work closely with teams to facilitate an effective recruitment process. This is a fully on-site position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. What you'll do: Develop position profiles and postings that are attractive to potential candidates and communicate the Givens Careers brand Proactively source candidates through referrals, job fairs, social media, networking, etc. Work to establish inclusion goals for recruitment and ensure networking and job posts reach diverse markets Establish recruitment objectives with each department and work to develop recruitment strategies to secure the best candidates for each vacancy Provide a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate and effective hand off to HR/Departments upon hire Monitor key recruitment metrics and goals and track and analyze recruitment performance against metrics Establish and maintain community partnerships to aid in recruitment efforts Attend job fairs and recruiting events to represent the organization Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor What you'll need: Previous experience in talent management, recruiting, marketing, or Human Resources preferred Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or similar software preferred Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation is $55,000 - $60,000 per year based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package Still curious about what Givens is all about?It's kind of a long story , but at our core, we're a senior housing organization with a lot of heart and committed to providing housing to seniors of all socioeconomic backgrounds across WNC for more than 40 years.
