Cardiac Telemetry Nurse
As a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. Typical responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
- Administering medications and intravenous therapies
- Performing assessments and identifying patient needs
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- ACLS certification
- Experience recovering post-cath patients (no sheath removal)
- Experience with pacemaker placements
- Experience managing stroke patients
- Experience administering amiodarone and Cardizem drips
Candidates with the following qualifications will be prioritized:
- NIH certification
The ideal candidate will be a fast-paced, high-energy individual with a strong sense of teamwork. This role requires adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Scrub color for RNs is grey.
Candidates must be available for 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule. Specifically, shifts may include Friday and Saturday nights or Saturday and Sunday days.
