Senior Director, Clinical Operations, Global Clinical Vendor Contracts & Budgets

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to oversee global clinical vendor contracts, budgets, and outsourcing strategy. This role leads vendor selection, contract negotiations, and relationship management across CROs and clinical trial vendors, ensuring alignment with development timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global clinical outsourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Provide strategic leadership for vendor contracts function and drive operational excellence
• Establish governance models, KPIs, and risk management practices for vendor relationships
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to develop outsourcing strategies and negotiate terms
• Direct vendor selection, RFP development, and contract negotiations including MSAs and budgets

Requirements

• Experience negotiating and managing clinical trial vendor agreements and budgets
• Technical expertise in clinical oncology drug development in industry setting
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with team management capability
• Knowledge of clinical operations processes, regulatory requirements, and study timelines
• Experience with strategic sourcing, RFP development, and vendor evaluation
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across clinical, regulatory, finance, and quality functions
