Our therapists provide psychotherapeutic interventions to children and their families, including assessing
treatment needs, developing and reviewing treatment plans, and determining discharge criteria in a
School-Based and Outpatient Setting. Therapists are responsible for completing and maintaining required
intake forms,documentation, and discharge planning by specified dates, and maintaining outcome measures
for the effectiveness of treatment.

Tykes & Teens is a CE-Broker supported organization and we provide over 12 hours of continued education
per year in addition to weekly staffing to support your clinical growth. We also provide f ree clinical supervision
toward licensure.

 

This is a Full-Time Position. Clients would be seen in BOTH School-Based and Outpatient Settings.  

  The experience you will bring:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or
  another applicable human services degree.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Haitian) is a plus,but not required.
• A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance is required.
• An ability to work in a team environment.
• Licensed or Must Become a registered intern under Florida Statutes 490 or 491- and  two years of experience in working with children and families.

Licensed positions require:

An active and clear State of Florida License - LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.
OR Must become a registered Intern with the state within' 90 days of employment 

The pay range is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
