As a dedicated Registered Nurse RN , you will play a vital role in our resident-centered care model. Your core daily duties include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state guidelines.

• Completing accurate, timely documentation of resident care, conditions, and clinical observations.

• Transcribing physician orders, implementing care plans, and coordinating medication orders/refills with pharmacy providers.

• Administering medications and treatments precisely as directed.

• Collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive, holistic resident outcomes.

• An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse RN license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.

• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and seamlessly as part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Long-term care experience is preferred, but a passion for resident-centered care is required.
