This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, understands what performs well on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and wants hands-on experience managing social media for a growing local business. Benefits Flexible Schedule### Responsibilities What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with our team to plan, create, and organize content that represents our agency and keeps our social media active and engaging. Responsibilities may include: Create and schedule social media posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos Film and edit simple, engaging video content with our agency team Stay up to date on trending sounds, formats, and content ideas Create graphics and social media materials using Canva Write captions that match our agency's voice and personality Help maintain a consistent posting schedule across social platforms Brainstorm creative content ideas around insurance, our team, community, and agency culture Assist with capturing photos and videos during office activities and events Track basic engagement and identify which types of content perform best Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. You don't need years of professional social media experience, but you should have a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram and TikTok and an eye for content that feels current and engaging. Experience with Canva and basic video editing is preferred . Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are important. Schedule & Compensation Part-Time: Approximately 8 hours per week- Scheduling can be flexible, but some availability during agency business hours will be needed for filming and content creation. Base Compensation: $650 per month Bonus Opportunities: Additional performance-based bonuses may be available for qualified leads and new business generated or facilitated through social media efforts.
