We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a short-term Contract assignment in Omaha, Nebraska within the healthcare industry. This 6–8-week opportunity is ideal for someone who works accurately in a fast-paced onsite environment and can begin quickly. The role focuses on maintaining precise records, handling high-volume data input, and supporting operational tasks with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update numeric and text-based information in internal databases with a high level of accuracy.

• Review records for completeness, identify discrepancies, and correct errors before final submission.

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to organize, track, and maintain documentation related to daily workflows.

• Support project activities tied to a system implementation by preparing and validating data records.

• Manage information in an efficient manner while meeting deadlines during the 6–8-week assignment.

• Coordinate with onsite team members to ensure materials, records, and data are aligned with operational needs.

• Assist with inventory or logistics-related data tasks when needed to support the broader team.

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a closely related administrative support role.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working with high-volume numeric data.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to type efficiently and enter data consistently with minimal errors.
• Comfort working onsite Monday through Friday in Omaha, Nebraska.
• Availability to start immediately for a short-term Contract assignment.
• Inventory or logistics experience is helpful, though not required.
