Stonewood Hotels is a hospitality company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong, service-driven teams at every property. We're looking for a General Manager who leads with both heart and business savvy.

A  Home2 Suites by Hilton General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading all aspects of the hotel's operations, maximizing financial profitability, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. As a strategic business leader , the GM directly oversees front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage operations while strictly maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Hotel Operations : Overlook all departments to ensure smooth daily functionality, strict property cleanliness, and proper physical asset protection.
• Financial Management : Own the property's profit and loss statement (P&L) by driving revenue, controlling labor costs, and managing operating budgets.
• Team Leadership & Culture : Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule department managers and hourly associates while fostering a supportive and accountable team environment.
• Guest Satisfaction : Monitor guest feedback scores, lead service recovery efforts, and resolve escalated issues to maintain a high online reputation.
• Sales & Revenue Strategy : Partner with sales and revenue management teams to maximize room occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
• Brand Compliance : Guarantee the hotel fully adheres to Hilton's strict quality assurance guides, safety regulations, and local hospitality laws.

Job Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant GM, ideally within select-service or extended-stay brands.
• Brand Knowledge : Prior hands-on experience working within the Hilton family of hotels and using brand-specific systems (like OnQ R&I or PEP) is highly preferred.
• Education : A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often required or preferred.
• Schedule Flexibility : Ability to work a 50+ hour work week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and being available for emergency on-call shifts.
