Job Description Role: An Order Manager oversees the entire customer order cycle—from placement to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. They coordinate between sales, warehouse, and finance departments to process orders, manage inventory, resolve issues, and ensure timely shipment. Key Responsibilities Enter, track, and manage orders via CRM/ERP systems, ensuring compliance with company policies. Act as the primary point of contact for order status updates, invoices, and resolving discrepancies. Investigate shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory shortages. Maintain accurate inventory records, pricing, and contract compliance. Key Qualifications Previous experience with telecom companies managing orders/projects. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/Order Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. 5+ years of similar experience. Compensation & Benefits Expected compensation: $45,000 to $50,000.
