Travel Nurse Details Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 (New Jersey nursing jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Unit: Labor & Delivery (Delivery Room) Start Date: September 29, 2025 End Date: December 27, 2025 Duration: 13-week contract Shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts) Hours per Week: 36 (3x12 hour shifts) Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470 Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state Minimum 2 years of recent travel nursing experience in large hospital settings with high-risk labor & delivery patients Current ACLS and BLS certifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients from pediatric to geriatric populations Deliver evidence-based nursing care to high-risk labor and delivery patients Demonstrate proficiency with emergency equipment and clinical procedures Maintain accurate documentation, including patient education and progress toward outcomes Foster a positive, patient- and family-centered healthcare environment Follow National Patient Safety Goals and hospital protocols, including safe transfer techniques and patient identification Individualize patient care based on procedures, anesthesia type, and patient needs Provide pre-operative and post-operative assessments and education to patients and families Support the perioperative team by prioritizing patient care and responding to changes in patient condition Apply now to join our healthcare team and make a difference in Morristown, New Jersey!
