Our Home-Based Team (HBT) supports youth and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, developmental, or environmental challenges by delivering individualized, strength-based therapeutic services that foster resilience, self-sufficiency, and stability.Our specialized PSB-CBT clinicians provide critical services to children ages 7–14 and their caregivers by delivering evidence-based treatment that reduces problematic sexual behavior, improves functioning, and strengthens family systems.What We Offer:• Generous Time Off Package (based on hours worked) • Highly Specialized Paid Trainings, including CEU opportunities • Health and Dental Insurance (for eligible positions) • Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance • 403B retirement plan with discretionary match • Wellness Activities • Employee Assistance Program • Career Development Opportunities Benefits vary based on FFS status and scheduled hours.Why BAMSI?• Impactful Clinical Work: Provide evidence-based treatment that helps youth and families heal and grow. • Flexibility: Fee-for-service structure allows you to manage your schedule and caseload. • Professional Growth: Access to specialized PSB-CBT training, clinical supervision, and multidisciplinary support. • Community-Centered Work: Deliver services directly in homes, in the community, in office settings, or virtually.What You'll Do:Provide structured, strength-based PSB-CBT therapy to youth ages 7–14 and their caregivers, addressing behavioral and emotional challenges related to trauma, stressors, and developmental concerns.• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and treatment records • Provide a minimum of three billable client contact units per week • Attend staff meetings, required supervision, and multidisciplinary team meetings • Obtain prior authorizations (insurance, Medicaid) and ensure service compliance • Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation to support crises and emergency needs • Deliver services in the person served's preferred setting (home, office, or virtual) • Maintain required training and complete specialized PSB-CBT certification within six monthsWhat You Bring:Education & Credentials:• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required • PSB-CBT training preferred • LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I preferredExperience:• Experience with third-party billing preferred • Previous work with youth, families, or behavioral health treatment strongly preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:• Ability to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions • Strong engagement and communication skills • Competence in documentation and clinical record-keeping • Must have reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record • Must be willing and able to complete PSB-CBT training requirements
