Logistics Coordinator (2nd Shift)

Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – Midnight

As our customers and carriers continue moving freight into the evening, we're expanding our second-shift operations to capture business that's often missed after traditional office hours. What You'll Do

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
\n
• Coordinate freight and dispatch activities during high-demand evening hours
\n
• Build relationships with carriers and customers
\n
• Use industry tools including DAT, Truckstop, and Macropoint
\n
• Communicate shipment updates and quickly resolve transportation issues
\n
• Support Carrier Sales and Customer Service teams with real-time freight coverage
\n
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
\n

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of logistics, dispatching, or freight experience preferred (but not required)
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
\n
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
\n
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
\n
• Comfortable learning new transportation software and systems
\n
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow within the logistics industry
\n
