Our mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and reliable products that enhance solar energy systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.* Troubleshoot and repair moderate mechanical and electrical issues.* Calibrate, adjust, and align components for optimal performance.* Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure timely completion of work orders.* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.* Assist in training entry-level mechanics and promoting best safety practices.REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:* High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.* 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.* Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.* Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.* Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
