This isn't just an entry-level sales job — it's the start of a career in roofing sales.
SmartRoof reps move from entry-level → six-figure earners → sales leadership, with a clear path at every step.
Whether you're new to sales or bring experience from another field, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll DoThis is a field-based roofing sales role. You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Inspect roofs for storm damage
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process
- Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close
Year 1: $70,000–$100,000+
Year 2: $100,000–$200,000+
- Base pay + monthly performance bonuses
