Fraley & Schilling Diesel Technicians$1,000 Sign-On Bonus - Diesel TechniciansPosition SummaryThe purpose of this position is to perform a variety of mechanic maintenance on commercial motor vehicles. The primary goal is to ensure trucks and equipment are prepared safely and efficiently. Additional duties include monitoring equipment daily, performing basic cleanings, reset equipment for coming days and complete repairs for continued production.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDetermine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedulesCorrect vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major parts or systems.
