Back of House Team Member
Our kitchen is the heart of our restaurant. While you'll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator, you'll also gain life and workplace skills that go far beyond preparing great food. Back of House Team Members help ensure every guest receives the fresh, high-quality meals and signature care that make Chick-fil-A special. Role Type: Full-time and Part-time
Reports to: Shift Leader
Availability & Scheduling
- Full-Time: Typically scheduled 35-45 hours / week with availability for a mix of opening and closing shifts
- Part-Time: Typically scheduled 15-20 hours / week with availability for a mix of opening and closing shifts
- Shift Windows: Day 5 AM5 PM | Night 2 PM11 PM
- Flexibility: Schedules may vary to support the team during peak times
- Compliance: All schedules follow labor laws for minors

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
