Job Title Physical Therapist – Santa Monica, California Overview Providence Saint John’s Health Center seeks a full‑time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient services on day shifts in Santa Monica. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and design individualized rehabilitation plans. Coordinate discharge planning and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement continuum of care. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. California Physical Therapist license upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an acute hospital setting. Proficiency with Meditech electronic health records.
