This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking accounting leader with strong cost and inventory experiencewho wants to move beyond traditional accounting and serve as a true business partner to operations and senior leadership. Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting Lead cost and inventory accounting, including costing, variances, valuation, and controls Analyze margins, profitability, inventory trends, and operational performance Partner with leadership and operations on strategic business decisions Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiencies Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes Lead and develop the accounting team Qualifications Progressive accounting leadership experience; Controller or Assistant Controller experience preferred Strong cost and inventory accounting background Manufacturing, distribution, or similar industry experience preferred Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and analytical skills Proven ability to improve processes and challenge the status quo Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a business-partner mindset Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Compensation: Up to $150,000 base + bonus If you're an innovative accounting leader looking for an opportunity to have a seat at the table and make an impact within a growing organization, we'd love to connect. #KBW789 #LI-AM1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
