Warehouse/Forklift Driver

Join our team as a Warehouse/Forklift Driver, where you will play a vital role in supporting our stockroom and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include pulling orders, using scan guns, and handling materials. You'll perform inventory checks and operate a forklift, as well as climb ladders and bend down to pick items. While computer skills are not a must-have, we offer training for inventory tracking. Occasionally, you will interact with customers to pull their orders and load vehicles with parts.

• Assist in stockroom and warehouse operations, pulling orders and material handling.
• Use scan guns for accurate inventory checks.
• Operate a forklift and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and bending to pick items.
• Utilize computers for inventory tracking, with training provided.
• Interact with customers to pull orders and load vehicles.
• Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles as needed.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience.
• Computer literacy.

• Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available for those with warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF scanners is beneficial.

Work in a small facility with a team of 10 people in the warehouse. Our company is a distributor of plumbing and piping supplies. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime during the summer. You will be exposed to natural elements when working in the yard and loading/unloading trucks and customer vehicles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SALEM, OR.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
