Construction - Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This individual will be an integral part of a team and should have a variety of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

To manage multiple projects (depending on size) and these projects will include management and oversight of multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
Oversees all aspects of the project including the contract, performance, billings, budgeting, scheduling, initiation, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of the project.
Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of the project.
Lead and mentor additional KADCON staff assigned to support their projects (Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, or associate degree, in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient with the following software applications (at a minimum): MS Office and MS Project, P6 is a plus.
