Nanny / Behavioral Support Caregiver – Young Boys

We are looking for a patient, confident, and compassionate nanny to work with young boys who benefit from additional structure, guidance, and behavioral support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to be gentle while still setting firm boundaries . We are looking for a caregiver who can build trust and connection while providing consistent expectations, positive redirection, and age-appropriate consequences.

The ideal candidate will:

• Enjoy working with young boys and have a natural ability to connect with them
• Be patient, calm, and emotionally mature
• Be comfortable setting clear and consistent boundaries
• Use positive reinforcement, redirection, and respectful communication
• Know how to de-escalate challenging behaviors without yelling or intimidation
• Provide structure, routine, and accountability
• Encourage good choices while holding children appropriately accountable
• Be active and willing to participate in play, activities, and outings
• Be dependable, responsible, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
• Have experience in childcare, nannying, education, behavioral support, youth mentoring, or a related field

Our approach:
We believe children respond best when they feel safe, respected, understood, and supported . Our caregivers use a gentle-but-firm approach —building relationships while maintaining boundaries and expectations.

If you are someone who can be both warm and nurturing AND confident enough to say “no” and follow through , we would love to hear from you!

Experience with behavioral challenges, ADHD, autism, special needs, education, youth mentoring, or structured childcare is a plus.

Shifts are Monday- Thursday 2:30pm-7:30pm
