Megafactory Facilities Manager: Power, Uptime & Leadership

What To Expect Tesla’s Megafactory Facilities team is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our newest Megafactory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both mechanical and electrical equipment, along with proven leadership skills. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable functioning of the facility, including power distribution, cooling systems, and related infrastructure. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
