IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

CAN PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PROVEN, SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:

• Thinking about the customer perspective first in all business matters and balancing the interests of multiple internal and external parties.
• Proactively reaching out to customers and prospects to ask for sales opportunities.
• Providing an exceptional business to business client service experience.
• Resolving product or service inquiries by clarifying the customer's requirements; submitting service Cases via established process; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the inquiry; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution within a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Distribution Experience preferred.

Position Salary Range: $30-$42/Hour
