Summary:
Responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving human resources issues on behalf of the company, the handling of employee complaints, referring employees to employee assistance, and facilitating workplace adjustments. Will also advise, manage, and make decisions on a variety of employee issues.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $40.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Summary:
Responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving human resources issues on behalf of the company, the handling of employee complaints, referring employees to employee assistance, and facilitating workplace adjustments. Will also advise, manage, and make decisions on a variety of employee issues.
Job Responsibilities;
- Employee Relations Case Management - Investigate, and propose solutions for, complex employee relations cases in liaison with line managers; coordinate the organization's response to legal cases brought by individuals; contribute to the preparation of legal submissions, and ensure all parties complete casework accurately and within deadlines.
- Employee Representatives Relationship Management - Contribute to the management of relationships with employee representative organizations; build effective working relationships with senior trade union representatives and/or members of the works council; prepare and present briefing papers to support consultations and negotiations.
- Internal Client Relationship Management - Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
- Information and Business Advice - Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues.
- Continuous Improvement - Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
- Policies and Procedures Development - Contribute to the drafting of policies, procedures, and related guidelines within an area of expertise to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.
- Root Cause Analysis - Analyze issues that require a root cause analysis, ensuring accurate identification of underlying causes. Contribute to the implementation of suitable corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns, arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
- Personal Capability Building - Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Document Preparation - Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
- Data Collection and Analysis - Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Operational Compliance - Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. Or identify, within the team, patterns of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Recommended General Experience
- Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (3 years to 5 years)
