Quality Control & Assurance Manager

ARCH Medical Solutions - Lehigh Valley [Blandon] Blandon, PA 19510, USA Description Summary Own and continually improve Business Unit’s quality management systems. Responsible for overseeing the inspection processes to ensure that products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role includes managing the inspection team, conducting audits and implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Internal expert/resource on all quality systems implemented Support, monitor and continually improve quality systems Oversee all quality audits, maintain records of the audit, and coordinate response/closure to findings Quality representative for contract review process Continually monitor training system and records Maintain, monitor, and report on performance against Quality Objectives Coordinate the Management Review process Internal expert/resource on all quality inspection practices. Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols to ensure product quality. Monitor inspection processes to identify and address any deviations from quality standards. Address customer complaints and quality issues promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, making recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality inspection. Competencies Strong knowledge of quality inspection practices. Strong knowledge of ISO and Quality Management Systems. Excellent organizational skills and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to contribute in a cross‑functional collaborative environment Proficient in MS Office Suite Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
