The successful candidate will optimize our CRM system, develop insights-driven reports, conduct market research and analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to inform sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in CRM systems, data analysis, and market research.CRM Optimization:Analyze and optimize our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.Develop and maintain CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support sales team activities.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.Reporting and Analytics:Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Present findings and recommendations to reporting manager, sales leadership & relevant stakeholders.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our target markets and customer segmentsSales Support:Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy development and executionCollaborate with sales team members to develop sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and enhance relationshipsAssist in the development of sales forecast models and pipeline analysisQualificationsAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field2+ years driving results in business development, operations, or a related client-facing functionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insightsProficiency in salesforce or related CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeComfortable working with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics/KPIsFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholdersStrong time management skills & ability to communicate effectivelyStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesSalary Range: USD$ 77,000 - $120,000Our BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
