Certified Surgical tech - Operating Room

Duration: 13 Weeks contract (Possible Extension)
Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (12 Hour Days) / Every Other Weekend (36 Hour Guarantee)
Job Summary
This individual fills the role of surgical technologist II in the Operating Room. They understand and demonstrate knowledge of surgical procedures. Assure all supplies and equipment are available for the procedure and in working condition. Confirm and/or assemble sterile instruments for use correctly. Anticipate the needs of the surgeon. They assist in keeping an accurate account of drugs, sharps, and instruments. They are responsible for maintaining and monitoring the sterile field.
Submission Requirements
- At least two years of experience - Required
- Travel experience - Highly Preferred.
- BLS (AHA) and NBSTSA or NCCT - Required
- COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
