Remote Quality Assurance Analyst
Sales Match
Sales Match is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to evaluate customer service interactions. This fully remote, desk-based role in Louisiana requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and involves reviewing tickets, scoring against standards, and providing clear, actionable feedback.
You will work with a QA team lead, communicate findings to agents, and help drive consistent service quality across the team. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
