Associate Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support front office operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling, intake, and coordination of care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Perform patient check-in/check-out and verify demographics
• Handle insurance verification and prior authorizations
• Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
