About the Role

At Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S), a fast-growing Joint Venture, your day begins inside a highly secure warehouse where precision, accountability, and teamwork keep mission-critical materials protected and moving. As a Classified Logistics and Inventory Specialist , you will steward controlled and classified assets—from receipt through storage, documentation, and delivery—while following rigorous security and transportation standards.

You start by verifying inbound shipments (both classified and unclassified) against approved SOPs, logging every step in the Warehouse Management System. You’ll stage and package outbound classified shipments using approved documentation and packaging methods. Throughout the day, you’ll move materials safely with forklifts, pallet jacks, and a yard truck; transport items using a company vehicle in compliance with CDL and DOT regulations; and keep secure areas audit-ready with cycle counts and physical inventory support. You’ll maintain a spotless, controlled environment, uphold access controls, and immediately report any security discrepancies.

• Receive, inspect, and verify classified and unclassified materials per approved SOPs.
• Store items in designated secure locations, adhering to access control protocols.
• Pick, stage, package, and document classified outbound shipments according to approved procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and yard truck.
• Transport materials via company vehicle in compliance with CDL and DOT requirements.
• Execute inventory transactions accurately in a WMS or authorized tracking system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories in secure spaces.
• Maintain strict compliance with security and government regulations; report discrepancies immediately.
• Follow safety, environmental, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and tightly controlled.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse operations.

• High school diploma/GED and 3+ months related experience/training, or equivalent combination.
• Skilled with forklift, order picker, reach truck, and yard truck.
• Highly organized; thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift 30 lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Willing to handle hazardous materials.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Math proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations in secure or regulated environments.
• Understands chain of custody and controlled material handling procedures.
• Follows detailed written instructions, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting government contracts with DoD and non-DoD customers.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
