At Bobby & Steve’s Auto World, our Service Advisors are the trusted guides who help customers through the repair process with honesty, integrity, and care. You’ll be the face of our service department—building relationships, managing workflow, and ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their investment.What You’ll Do:Greet every customer with professionalism, hospitality, and respect.Clearly present repair solutions in a way that’s easy for customers to understand.Manage store workflow and repair processes effectively and efficiently.Consistently sell services with integrity, transparency, and honesty.Communicate with customers by phone and in person in a clear, professional manner.Build and maintain long-term relationships between the customer, the team, and the store.Ensure digital vehicle inspections are provided for all customers.Support the team, assist employees, and keep a positive, collaborative atmosphere.Oversee repair quality and ensure all work meets specifications.Perform other duties as assigned.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience (preferred).Strong sales and customer service skills with a solutions-first mindset.Tire knowledge a plus.Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and shop applications.Acceptable driving record for insurance coverage.Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet most of the workday.Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Maintain a steady work pace in a high-volume environment.Why Join Bobby & Steve’s?Since 1996, Bobby & Steve’s Auto World has been a respected, family-owned leader in the automotive repair industry, built on the values of transparency, integrity, and people-first service.
