$90,000 - $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Develop and implement care plans that prioritize resident dignity and individual needs.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, creating a supportive community.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of care delivery.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align community goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Wisconsin
• Experience in assisted living, CBRF, memory care, or long-term care; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Associate degree or higher in nursing, or qualifying healthcare experience with the ability to complete the DHS-approved Assisted Living Administrator course
• Strong clinical judgment in assessment, medication oversight, and change-in-condition management
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-directed, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of results
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers
