Work within an integrated multispecialty group offering collaboration with more than 40 specialties, including psychiatry, primary care, and a comprehensive pain center. Clinical Practice Provide individual, family, or group therapy for a wide range of mental health conditions across a diverse patient population. Engage in treatment planning with patients and families to address moderate to severe behavioral and mental health needs. Option to develop and lead psychoeducational or ongoing therapy groups. Professional Environment Work 100% outpatient with no weekend requirements. Supported by Epic EMR and efficient clinical workflows. Administrative support for prior authorizations, billing, and insurance navigation-allowing you to focus on patient care. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $91,700 - $163,700. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
