Maplewood Counseling (Maplewood, NJ) is growing, and we're looking for a couples/family therapist to join our small, supportive team — virtual and in-person. Why therapists like it here: Flexible — 2–3 evenings (Tues and Thurs- possibly another eve) and one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) Virtual + in-person (hybrid) W-2 with admin support for billing & scheduling (we handle the paperwork) Supervision with a seasoned clinical supervisor — great if you're working toward licensure Work alongside experienced clinicians Clear path from part‑time to full‑time as you grow A great fit if you: Are LMFT, LAMFT, or LCSW with couples/family/systemic training or experience Want to build a caseload and grow with us (not currently at another practice) Can offer 2–3 evenings and/or one weekend day (Sat and/or Sun) The honest part: we're out-of-network, so caseloads build gradually — slower at first, growing over the summer and into fall. If you're patient and want to build something real with support around you, you'll do well here. Pay: $50–$100 per session, depending on license, experience & certifications. W-2 employee.
