HR Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager leads day-to-day HR operations with primary accountability for HR systems administration (Workday and ADP) and benefits administration. This role partners closely with Payroll and the broader HR team to ensure accurate employee data, efficient and compliant processes, and a high-quality employee experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience Significant hands-on responsibility for HRIS administration and benefits administration Strong process, analytical, and change-management skills Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR operations owner for Workday and ADP, ensuring data integrity and effective system use Administer core employee-lifecycle transactions in alignment with policy, approvals, and audit requirements Own end-to-end benefits administration: eligibility, enrollments/life events, carrier files, and billing reconciliation Manage benefits vendors and broker partnerships; support renewals and plan changes Partner with Payroll on accurate deductions and timely resolution of pay-impacting data issues Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics These postings may be incomplete or may not include all information about the role, including compensation.
