EL IMPACTO QUE GENERARÁSSantander está buscando una Financial Project Management Office
En este puesto, tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:
- Rendimiento y rentabilidad: Supervisar el desempeño del negocio, las métricas clave y la rentabilidad.
- Gestión de cartera: Gestionar y priorizar la cartera de iniciativas para maximizar el impacto en el negocio.
- Gestión financiera: Supervisar presupuestos y elaborar casos de negocio para iniciativas clave.
- Informes ejecutivos: Proporcionar informes, análisis y visibilidad del rendimiento a nivel ejecutivo.
- Gobierno y coordinación: Facilitar la alineación interfuncional y el gobierno para respaldar una toma de decisiones eficaz.

Experiencia profesional- +4 años de experiencia/ Financial Project Management Office
- +4 años de experiencia/conocimiento de productos y proyectos financieros (Obligatorio)
- Licenciatura finalizada en: Administración, Finanzas, Economía, Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Negocios Digitales o carreras afines
- Posgrado, diplomado o a fin en marco Agile. (Obligatorio)
- Ingles intermedio (Deseable)
- Conocimiento y manejo Avanzado de Paquetería office Excel, PPT
- (Obligatorio) (Tablas, Macros).
- Conocimiento en herramientas IA (Chat GPT). (Obligatorio)
- Conocimiento y manejo marco Agile. (Obligatorio)
- Orientado a cumplimiento de objetivos/ metas. (Obligatorio)
- Pensamiento estratégico y analítico. (Obligatorio)
- Proactivo | Dinámico. (Obligatorio)
