Certified Nursing Assistant

Description We’re a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We provide compassionate transitional and post-hospital care to help our residents regain their strength, independence, and confidence as they work toward returning home or transitioning to their next stage of care. We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team. We offer: SEIU 503 Union benefits, including retention bonuses and additional shift bonuses per the union contract $1.00–$1.50 shift differentials for Evening and Overnight shifts Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and sick time Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment What You'll Do: Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises Taking and documenting vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output as directed Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Licenses/Certification: Valid certification as a CNA in Oregon Valid CPR certificate Experience: Six months experience in a long term-care environment (preferred but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
