Warehouse / Inventory Associate

M-F

7AM - 1PM

Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a growing company in Streator, IL looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Inventory Associates to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a production team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming shipment packages and materials
• Open and organize boxes/products for production use
• Supply products and materials to assembly line associates
• Assist with inventory handling and product organization
• Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Good attendance and reliable work history
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Previous warehouse, production, or inventory experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Steel toe shoes required
• Safety gear including ear plugs and safety vest will be required
