Compensation: $20.00/Hour

Job Summary:

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations during our peak season. This position will primarily assist with picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders while ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. Associates may be asked to support different areas of the warehouse based on daily workload and business needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld or wearable scanners. 
• Locate and verify the correct products and quantities for customer orders. 
• Pack orders accurately and securely for shipment.  
• Scan and verify products throughout the picking and packing process.  
• Prepare completed orders for shipment, including labeling and staging packages. 
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy. 
• Identify and communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies. 
• Assist with replenishment and other inventory-related activities as needed. 
• Maintain clean and organized picking, packing, and staging areas. 
• Safely operate carts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment. 
• Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment responsibilities as needed. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or packing experience is preferred but not required. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Dependable attendance and punctuality. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to follow instructions and established warehouse procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. 
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the warehouse. 
• Ability to safely lift and move packages and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. 
• Ability to push and pull carts containing merchandise. 
• Ability to perform repetitive picking, packing, scanning, and material-handling tasks.

Seasonal Employment

This is a temporary seasonal position supporting increased warehouse volume during our peak season. Work schedules and hours may vary depending on business needs, and overtime may be available or required during higher-volume periods. Seasonal associates may be considered for future employment opportunities based on performance, attendance, business needs, and position availability.
