Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist Pathologist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will meet with children, assess their speech needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also document all client care, observe and participate in treatment, and adjust goals and milestones as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, provides compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills. We are a strength and evidence-based pediatric clinic that loves what we do! 

Responsibilities 

• Make evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that client, working with them to set short and long-term goals for their speech and language goals
• Assist in the implementation of the treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintaining excellent records of client needs, care, and outcomes
• Work closely with the family of the client and the clients themselves to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success

Qualifications

• Active state license for practicing speech therapy, CCC's
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong charting and documentation skills
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
