Job Details Assist customers in finding their dream mattress and provide technical and product knowledge information as a subject matter expert. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Build strong customer relationships and maintain engagement during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.). Maintain awareness of competitors and their offerings. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and drive sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available at the discretion of the Company.
