Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and day-to-day living skills
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work side by side with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver holistic and well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their loved ones with essential therapy techniques to foster continued progress beyond the clinic
• Track Progress and Adjust: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best patient trajectory

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and actively supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
