We are Hiring Immediately for a Bandsaw Operator position!

Band Saw Operator

Santa Fe Springs, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) - schedule may be altered slightly as business needs.

Are you experienced operating band saws or metal cutting equipment? Join a growing machine shop where precision, safety, and craftsmanship are valued every day. We're looking for a dependable Band Saw Operator who takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate horizontal and vertical band saws to cut steel, aluminum, and other metals

Read blueprints, cut lists, and work orders

Measure materials using precision tools to ensure accurate cuts

Inspect finished materials for quality and dimensional accuracy

Perform basic machine maintenance and blade changes

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

1+ year of band saw or machine shop experience
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
Team player with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
