Mergers & Acquisitions Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join a top Am Law 50 firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A transactions within a highly regarded corporate practice.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Management – Lead and support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing.Drafting & Negotiation – Prepare and negotiate definitive and ancillary agreements.Client & Deal Management – Oversee deal process, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.Supervision – Mentor and supervise junior associates on transactional matters.Qualifications:4-6 years of M&A experience at a top law firm.Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships.High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $310,000 - $390,000 (Final offer based on experience and location).Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and commuter benefits.Generous leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.Career development & mentorship within a prestigious firm.This is a great opportunity for an M&A associate looking to advance their career in a top-tier corporate practice.Apply today to learn more.
