Social Worker & Program Lead - Crisis & Housing Support
Oswego County
Oswego County is seeking an Assistant Program Director/Social Worker to respond to personal crises related to mental health issues. This position requires a Master's degree, preferably in social work or mental health, with experience in handling homeless and at-risk populations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing wellness plans, and managing a high-risk client caseload.
