Food Runner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders to our guests. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work closely with our kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in room service or food delivery
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Ability to finger throughout the shift
• Full range of mobility, including reaching overhead and performing repetitive motions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure guest satisfaction

As a Food Runner, you will utilize your skills in customer service, time management, and communication on a daily basis. You will work closely with our kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
