Senior Paid Social Manager Scale $100M+ Budgets

Polymarket is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition across social channels. You will collaborate with the Growth team and report to the Head of Performance Marketing to build a high-velocity performance engine. You will manage substantial budgets, quickly read signals, and build a feedback loop that keeps ads sharp as we grow. This is a hands-on role with direct accountability for results and growth across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, and beyond.
