Pay: $90 - $100.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What Youll Do:
As a Lighthouse BCBA, you aren't just managing cases; you are empowering families. Youll get to:

• Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the childs unique world.
• Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor our dedicated behavior technician's/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier de-escalation techniques.
• Pivot with Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.

• The Credentials: Masters Degree in ABA (or related field) + a current BCBA certification. (LBA certification is highly preferred, but let's talk!).
• The Experience: You love working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
